The project is part of The Vann Molyvann Project Summer School 2015. The project is to find how people engaged with structures of the building and surrounding environment. Pasteur Institute was constructed from 1965 to 1967, designed by Vann Molyvann. It was designed for medical facility. The building is located on Chroy Changvar, a peninsula between the Mekong and Tonle Sap rivers, opposite Phnom Penh’s city center. After Khmer Rouge, Pasteur Institute building was occupied by many houses.
